Government charges depend on the applicable date and certificate term. Any service fee is quoted separately.
The applicable government fee and payment deadline are shown on the renewal notice. The service fee is listed separately in the quotation.

Are the business registration certificate and certificate of incorporation the same?
The Certificate of Incorporation confirms that a limited company has been incorporated; the Business Registration Certificate records the business registration. A local limited company can apply for both through the one-stop registration process.
What if the address changed before renewal?
Address changes require the previous address, new address and effective date. The Business Registration Certificate, registered office and bank correspondence records are updated through their respective procedures.
What should a renewal quotation include?
The quotation should state the certificate period, government charges and services included. Charges for changes of particulars or replacement documents are listed separately. The renewed certificate and payment receipt form part of the business records.
