- Enquire and provide basic company information
After enquiring about the district and plan, provide basic records such as copies of the Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate. - Payment and payment receipt
After payment, clients should provide the bank deposit slip or transfer receipt. The receipt is used to verify payment and prepare the application documents. - Provide current company records
Provide the latest annual return and, if WeCorp is to keep the relevant records, a copy of the Significant Controllers Register. - Verify directors and shareholders
Provide identification documents and valid address evidence for the current directors and shareholders so their identities can be verified. - Sign and return the originals
Sign in person, or receive the documents by email or WhatsApp, sign them and return the originals to WeCorp.
When changing address
The new service start date and the previous service end date form part of the mail-handover arrangements.
Company-registration, business-registration, bank and customer records are updated separately where the relevant address changes.
