Frequently asked questions

Does the formation fee include everything?

Each package specifies its government charges, registration services, company secretary and address services. Annual accounting and tax filing services are quoted separately.

Can a company have one director?

A private company may have one director, but the sole director cannot also be its company secretary. Check the Companies Registry’s requirements for the appointment.

What accounting, tax filing and audit services are available?

WeCorp arranges bookkeeping, financial statement preparation and tax filing support. The service includes document review and filing follow-up; statutory audit work and report signing are carried out by the appointed qualified auditor.

Can a virtual office address be used for a bank account application?

A virtual office provides a business address and mail services. The bank assesses an account application according to the company’s business activities and supporting documents.

Can several services be requested together?

Yes. New and existing companies can request several services together, with the work and fees set out in the quotation.
