UK formation: what the service includes
- Checking the proposed name ending in Limited or Ltd.
- Preparing the application, memorandum, articles and board resolutions, arranging filing and payment of the government registration fee.

Accountant certification required for the application is charged separately.
UK formation process
- Confirm the business plan, structure, name and address.
- Check the company name.
- Confirm directors and shareholders and any secretary appointment required.
- Prepare people with significant control (PSC) information.
- Prepare the memorandum and articles.
- Arrange online submission to Companies House and follow-up.
Registration generally takes around 5–7 working days once the application documents, signatures and identity checks are complete.
Application documents
- Application details, accountant-certified passport copies and accountant-certified address evidence from the past three months for directors and shareholders. Arranging accountant certification is charged separately.
- Corporate shareholders: incorporation certificate, constitution and member/director records. Hong Kong companies also supply business registration, the annual return and Significant Controllers Register. A structure chart is required for complex ownership arrangements.
- Ownership structure, significant-controller information and ultimate beneficial-owner documents. Under the service due-diligence checklist, owners holding 10% or more must provide a certified passport copy and certified address evidence dated within the last three months. This is distinct from the UK statutory PSC test.
- Identity-verification and filing information required by Companies House for the application.
