Seychelles registration requirements
A Seychelles company requires at least one director and one shareholder, who may be the same person. Directors and shareholders may be of any nationality. A local registered agent and registered address are required.
After incorporation
Ongoing services include arrangements for basic bookkeeping and preparation of accounting information. Company-name, director and shareholder changes can be processed through the registered agent, alongside annual renewal and registered-address arrangements. These ongoing services are quoted separately.
