A single-director private company still needs a suitable secretary arrangement; its sole director cannot also be its company secretary.

Limited company incorporation process
- Name and structure: check the proposed name, directors, shareholders, shares, secretary and address.
- Verification and payment: confirm the service scope and fee. After payment, the client should provide the payment or deposit receipt.
- Documents and signing: prepare the incorporation documents. Limited company applications involve NNC1; the signing method and availability of electronic or remote signing are confirmed case by case.
- Application and delivery: submit the incorporation application, follow up the result and deliver the selected company documents.
Company documents and materials
After registration, the client receives the Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration Certificate and company particulars, together with the articles, company materials and stamps included in the selected plan. Quantities and items are listed in the price table. Bank accounts and industry licences are handled separately as required.

Registered address, secretary renewal, bank account support, accounting and tax services can be selected as required, with inclusions stated in the plan and quote.

Does HK$650 cover every incorporation cost?
HK$650 is the Economy plan service fee. Government charges are separate. Company secretary, address and other services follow the selected plan and quote.
How do the three plans differ?
The Economy, Standard and Express plans differ in articles, company materials and processing times. Compare the price table and the conditions attached to any additional services.
Can one person be shareholder, director and secretary?
One person may be the sole shareholder and sole natural-person director, but the sole director cannot also be secretary of that company. A separate eligible secretary is required.
Can a limited company be registered without a physical office?
Yes. A virtual office address can serve as the Hong Kong registered office, with mail handling, notifications and forwarding according to the selected package.
Does an inactive business still need company records?
No trading does not itself establish statutory dormant status. Records, business registration, annual returns and tax documents must still be dealt with as applicable.
